Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered in your own name. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed. A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the pk135 cashier at the time of the request. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed until the Account Balance is sufficient to meet the minimum amount.
